About the Position

We are seeking an experienced leader to serve as a City Team Leader in Santiago, Chile. This role is critical in supporting the local church in planting churches and reaching the young professional population and university students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of individuals in achieving our mission goals.
  • Promote collaboration among team leaders through regular participation in the LAC Team Leaders Forum.
  • Nurture relationships with local pastors to ensure effective partnership.
  • Work closely with the local church to plant new churches and engage with university students and young professionals.
  • Embody cultural sensitivity and adopt best practices for the ministry context.
  • Build bridges between believers and unbelievers, connecting them with local church communities.
  • Evaluate the impact of our ministry efforts and make adjustments as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Mature Christian with a strong background in local church involvement.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, including pastoral, relational, and strategic abilities.
  • Experience in leading diverse teams from various backgrounds and age groups.
  • Able to learn quickly and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Bible college education or ability to pursue licensure with the EFCA.
  • Ability to develop culturally informed ministry strategies.
  • Familiarity with basic church-planting principles and a willingness to learn.
  • A deep love for people, a heart for the lost, and a passion for making a difference.
