At Lorien Engineering Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic individual to fill the role of Customer Experience Analyst in our Santiago de Chile office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing the management of the after-sales area in terms of customer experience and satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities
- Implement and manage tools used in the dealer network nationwide.
- SUPPORT IN THE RESOLUTION OF INCIDENTS RESULTING FROM THE ANALYSIS PERFORMED THROUGH THE TOOLS.
- Help optimize tools that improve the customer experience with the brand.
- Analyze after-sales customer satisfaction surveys, proposing concrete actions for improvement.
- Establish action plans with dealers and supervise their execution.
- Train dealers in tool usage and customer service.
- Generate and report indicators and KPIs regularly.
- Update dashboards and tracking reports.
- Meet regional objectives.
- Participate in audit processes established by the brand.
- Provide comprehensive support in all matters related to after-sales customer experience.
- Visit dealerships to ensure correct implementation of processes.
