Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Experience Ambassador to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests.

You will take the initiative to deliver a wide range of services to make sure that guests enjoy their meal. Whether setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, interacting and serving guests, or cleaning work areas and supplies, you will ensure that every interaction is memorable and unique.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and less than 1 year of related work experience. They should be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all guests
  • Take the initiative to deliver additional services to enhance the guest experience
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
