Su misión será, activar, coordinar y hacer seguimiento a las operaciones de post-venta de los negocios, con el propósito de lograr el cumplimiento de los acuerdos comerciales, los procedimientos y plazos preestablecidos en la negociación, contribuyendo al cumplimiento de las metas de ventas presupuestada de la planificación y programa de los Negocios y su crecimiento sustentable.
PRINCIPALES FUNCIONES
- Realizar y mantener el contacto de la cartera de clientes actuales.
- Coordinar contactos y realizar cotización de proveedores de transporte en función de requerimientos.
- Realizar las órdenes de servicio y coordinar operación con proveedores.
- Hacer seguimiento de la documentación del proceso y supervisar la emisión de guías de despacho. REQUISITOS Estudios mínimos: Técnico profesional superior Carreras: Ingenieria en Comercio / Negocio Internacional, Negocios Internacionales, Técnico en Comercio Exterior Requisitos Minimos: - Conocimientos básicos de comercialización y Comercio Exterior.
- Conocimientos intermedio del idioma Inglés.
- Experiência en atención de servicio al cliente.
- Conocimientos intermedios de Sistemas, Office
- Excelente disposición y trabajo en equipo.
