**HR Manager - Chile**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the HR Global Strategy.
- Assist in the identification of training and development needs for the workforce.
- Support the Recruitment Process.
- Support the Onboarding of the employees.
- Handling discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy
- Management of the activation of Internships and Apprenticeships
- Managing administration of HR programs including, but not limited to: Compensation & Benefits, leave, disciplinary matters, disputes and investigations, Performance and Talent management, productivity, recognition, and morale, occupational Health and Safety, Training and Development.
- Support the daily Issues and the Operations related to the employees management and the internal communication
- Support the implementation of Company Policies
- Support the management of the employees on the HRIS Platform (Workforce/ADP)
- Management of the communication with payroll
- Ability to build relations with Unions and management of Industrial Relations

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Human Sciences
- 3- 5 years of proven experience in HR Management with Industrial Relations exposure
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to effectively communicate with Management at all

levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to understand the need for change and adapt to change
- Flexibility and Proactivity
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Ability to adapt to the needs of the organization and employees.
- Fluent in English
- Self-starter - willing to work independently and pro-actively.

**Bonus Skills and Experience**
- Experience in the solar power / renewable energy industry is considered an asset.
