Human Resources / HRBP Support - Early Career Talent

SAP Chile is hiring a recent graduate to learn and gain experience in the overall function of a corporate Human Resources Department.

What you will do

Position title: Human Resources / HRBP Support – Early Career Talent

Location: Santiago, Chile

Type of contract: Temporary

Duration: 6 months up to 12 months

The Early Talent will sit next to the HR Team and learn day-to-day tasks such as:

  • Face-to-face interaction with employees, managers, internal and external stakeholders
  • Support to HRBP team in processing daily requests (HRBP assignment, Organizational Maintenance, Data changes)
  • Support HRBPs on different HR Projects, creating reports from different sources and data analysis
  • Lead and implement different HR global and local initiatives
  • Be aware of local policies to deliver a good experience to the internal customers.
  • Be responsible for organizing activities for the corporate environment
  • Support in activities and implementation of internal and external surveys (GPTW)

What you bring

Education:

  • Recent University graduate. Associates or bachelor's degree
  • Preferably have an emphasis in one of the following career studies: Human Resources, Commercial Engineering, Business Administration, Psychology or equivalent

Requirements and Experience:

  • Advanced oral and written English communication skills
  • Maximum of 1 year of experience in the area

Preferred or Nice to Have:

  • Team player
  • Willing to learn
  • Proactive, innovative, and goal-oriented
