Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

- The VP for our National Partnerships division is responsible for driving the strategy and execution of growth within the large production builder segment/ecosystem. This role will be focused on creating indirect pull through demand with the top 25 national builders all the while creating long standing direct selling relationships with the two major distribution outlets that sell and service the national builders
- BFS and 84 Lumber.
- Successfully manages and develops a direct account base of $200MM+, comprised of the large national pro dealers, plus specialized direct builder accounts such as NVR, Toll Brothers
- Creates and executes an annual joint business planning strategy between our large direct customers and Masonite management to achieve profitable growth and value creation
- Manages the execution of these plans via successful allocation of resources, detailed metric driven scorecard reviews, and ability to overcome barriers/problems as they arise.
- Manages and negotiates price and share at the customer executive level (in alignment with other Masonite senior leaders)
- Leads the indirect selling efforts for pulling through demand for the Top 25 National Builders while making the connections for our distribution partners to capture the demand. Focus on deploying our builder sales managers in optimal fashion to develop and execute our national purchasing and supply rebate programs on a regional and local level.
- Builds a successful National Partnership Division org structure and develops the best talent to increase capability in strategic account management with high employee and customer engagement
- Creates influential relationships with the key decision makers of our large direct accounts, and proactively manages customer relationships for strong alignment and mutual success
- Leads the National Partnerships Team to create win-win customer programs, contracts and agreements to ensure ROI execution.
- Acts as a thought leader in the company and ideates new opportunities for value creation for ROI and EBITDA increase with continuous improvement.- Education:

- Bachelor’s Degree. MBA or graduate degree preferable.- Experience:

- Minimum 15 years of experience in building products or related industry
- Sales background required with demonstrated success in managing large accounts at an executive level.
