Department Overview
Solution Delivery is comprised of Solution Engineering, Project Management, Installation Support & Configuration. As a Sr. Project Manager on the Project Management team, you will lead a number of simultaneous projects across varying complexities to deliver high quality results for our key customers. Large project initiatives will make up the majority of the delivery responsibilities. In this role you will deliver our Envysion products and services to various QSR, C-Store, and expanding customer accounts.
You will own many aspects of the project delivery throughout the customer implementation journey. Working closely with internal and external teams to drive success for our customers. Having a solid track record of positive customer interaction, history of successful project delivery, combined with demonstrated ability to lead simultaneous initiatives will be key to your overall success. Completing projects with high quality, communicating effectively across all levels is essential.
**Job Description**:
Core Functions
- Significant experience leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering value to the organization.
- Ability to lead from a strategic point of view while also being able to tactically execute the daily responsibilities and overcome obstacles.
- Must have high attention to detail and demonstrate an ability to learn quickly while producing results.
- Manages several projects from inception to completion (or transition), including tracking and evaluation of portfolio project performance.
- Ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and within accepted quality metrics.
- Leads the project review, status meetings, and communicates project status.
- Utilizes project management methodologies to ensure maximum project effectiveness.
- Self-motivated and willing to think outside of the box to help support strategic growth.
- Presenting project management services to new customers to showcase the strength of the Solution Delivery Operations.
- Assist Account Executive and CSM teams with internal communication, program and project status, timely issue resolution and follow-up to customers on delivery success.
- Foster strong customer and installation partner relationships.
- Attain quarterly and annual objectives assigned by management.
- Position could require limited travel (under ~20%).

Experience & Education
- B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, Business Management, Project Management, or a related field is preferred
- 3+ years previous experience as a Portfolio/Project Manager is preferred
- Project management related certifications, and experience with varying project management methodologies.
- Knowledge of construction industry including commercial or retail construction, and construction processes a plus.
