En Be flow, estamos buscando un Sales Account Manager para unirse a nuestro equipo en una start up TI que brinda soluciones omnicanales para retailers.

Descripción del cargo:
Este rol se encarga de gestionar nuestra cartera de clientes, desarrollando una relación atenta y cercana con ellos, para así acompañarlos y darle seguimiento comercial a su cuenta. Para esto, es fundamental entender las necesidades específicas de cada cliente y garantizar que los productos y servicios que ofrecemos satisfacen esas necesidades, velando al mismo tiempo por el crecimiento y la rentabilidad del negocio. El Sales Account Manager es responsable de la satisfacción, retención y expansión de nuestra base de clientes, y juega un papel crucial en la mejora continua de nuestros productos y servicios basándose en los comentarios de los clientes.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Gestionar una cartera de clientes, desarrollando una relación positiva y cercana con ellos a través de una comunicación activa y frecuente, así como manteniendo un seguimiento constante del estado de su cuenta (incluyendo pagos y elaboración de informes mensuales).
- Resolver consultas, incidentes y cotizar requerimientos adicionales de los clientes con el apoyo del equipo interno para asegurar que reciban una excelente atención y prontas respuestas.
- Fidelizar a los clientes, velando por su retención, mediante una atención cercana y atenta, anticipando posibles problemas o necesidades y ofreciendo soluciones proactivas.
- Realizar la medición y el análisis de datos para generar distintos informes (operacionales, satisfacción del cliente, uso de la plataforma, entre otros).
- Conocer y mantenerse informado de las tendencias de la industria para levantar posibles iniciativas que nos permitan ofrecer una solución que se mantenga completa y competitiva.

Competencias:

- Orientación al cliente, comprendiendo sus necesidades y brindando soluciones personalizadas.
- Habilidades de resolución de problemas de manera eficiente y proactiva.
- Enfoque analítico y meticuloso para gestionar los aspectos comerciales de nuestros clientes (elaboración de cotizaciones, seguimiento de cobros, informes mensuales, etc).
- Conocimientos robustos de tecnología. No necesitamos que seas un experto TI pero sí que puedas desenvolverte bien en ese contexto
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.

**Requisitos**:

- 2 años de experiência en cargos similares
- Experiência previa en la industria del retail, ideal bajo un enfoque comercial y/o tecnológico.
- Nível educativo: Ingeniero comercial, civil, informático o carrera afin.
