**Daily Responsibilities of a Bilingual Member Outreach Representative**:
- Responsible for making outbound calls and enrolling members into care management
- Will spend 95% of their shift making outbound calls to members that may have health needs to make a referral to team of Registered Nurses.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or GED
- Bilingual in Spanish required
- 1-2+ years of healthcare call center experience working with members (either inbound or outbound)
- Computer skills - able to work multiple systems, computer savvy, Excel, experience with 2+ monitors
- WFH capability - smart phone, private workspace, high speed internet
- Either fully vaccinated or able and willing to receive COVID vaccine before conversion
**Hours for this Position**:
Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm EST or CST
**Location**:Remote - must sit in EST or CST time zone
**Interview**:Zoom interview with manager
**Length of Assignment**:Right to hire
