En Solek, nos dedicamos a trabajar con energías renovables de tipo fotovoltaica. Actualmente nos encontramos en busqueda de un Contract Manager para supervisar la gestión de contratos de los principales contratistas coordinando con el equipo técnico, legal y de contratistas y con el objetivo de reducir las reclamaciones durante la ejecución de los contratos.

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES:

- Gestión y visión general de una serie de grandes proyectos en Chile -Preparación del terreno, construcción de terrenos fotovoltaicos, trabajos eléctricos y mecánicos;
- Enlace con los departamentos financiero y de construcción de la sucursal de Chile
- Responsabilidad de los informes de reclamaciones por cada proyecto
- Seguimiento por contrato de cualquier reclamación en el asesoramiento a los jefes de obra, compradores, logística y jefe de compras
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de la normativa vigente en materia de salud y seguridad, y de los códigos de conducta
- Preparación de reclamaciones y participación en la defensa y estrategia de proyectos y acuerdos particulares.

REQUISITOS Estudios mínimos: Técnico profesional superior Carreras: Requisitos Minimos:
**Requisitos**:

- Profesional Titulado de Ingenieria / Construcción Civil
- Conocimiento profundo de los contratos, la gobernanza de los contratos, el lenguaje contractual y el ciclo de vida de los contratos
- Capacidad para revisar importantes y complejos contratos a medida en los sectores de la construcción y la ingeniería civil para identificar y comunicar los riesgos y las estrategias de mitigación al jefe de compras y al equipo de dirección de obra.
- Excelente capacidad de comunicación oral y escrita.
- Capacidad para operar con éxito en múltiples entornos al mismo tiempo
- Conocimientos básicos de proyectos de construcción en el sector de la energía (la energía solar es una ventaja).
- Resolución de problemas relacionados con los contratos.
- Se requiere disponibilidad para viajar dentro de Chile a los lugares de ejecución de los proyectos
- Licencia clase B
- Ingles Idealmente Intermedio
