Descripción

  • Responsible for the general management of the work in terms of technical and economic results and deadlines;
  • Ensure the correct and timely execution of the Construction and Assembly of the facilities and equipment involved in the Project;
  • Control the fulfilment of the Works and the application of quality assurance in the activities and works, including the responsibilities of the work delegated to subcontractors;
  • Implement and apply the Quality Plan for the Administration of the Works;
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations by all the people who work on the site;
  • Provide corrective measures when there are deviations from the proposed objectives;
  • Audit and ensure effective reception control;
  • Inform the Project Manager of deviations, corrective measures that were implemented and achieved progress;
  • Schedule and carry out quality audits to evaluate the effectiveness and implementation of the Quality Assurance Plan and associated procedures;
  • Periodically review and validate the information of the procedures defined in the Works Management Plan and its application to ensure its effectiveness. The results of the aforementioned actions must be thoroughly documented;
  • Lead and coach the team, providing necessary guidance and guidelines;
  • Communicate and execute the plan to meet the project objectives, agreeing on individual objectives with the team in charge, evaluating performance and providing continuous feedback to each person throughout the process;
  • Implement company policies and administrative processes for people management within the team;

We're looking for an execution, Civil Electrical Engineer or equivalent university professional (engineer with academic training of no less than five years) with experience in EPC Projects of Electric Transmission Systems and previous experience as Head of Technical Office for our vacancy "Site Contract Manager"
