The Role

We are in search of exceptional and visionary Senior Principal Consultants (SP) on a global scale, individuals who possess the power to transform customer IT outcomes and revolutionize businesses. As a Consultant AP/P/SP, you will be at the forefront of the digital transformation, mitigating risks, and achieving operational excellence, all while solving the most critical challenges faced by our clients.- At Kyndryl, we believe in harnessing the full potential of our mission-critical global strength, combined with the cutting-edge technological capabilities of our Global Practices. - Required Skills and Experience:
- Expertise in Consulting on Specific Topics within market industries such as Retail, Manufacturing, Banking, and others:
- Proven track record in IT Consulting or IT Management Consulting with a regional or global consulting firm, demonstrating success in delivery and business development.
- Recognized externally and internally as a consulting leader in multiple specialization areas mentioned above. Ability to create, position, and deliver Modern IT Strategies, Operational Models, Complex Digital Transformations in Data, Applications, Artificial Intelligence, Security, Cloud, Networking, and Digital Workplace. It's important to have certifications in relevant technology areas.
- Has experience (and/or willingness) to enhance Kyndryl's intellectual property assets by expanding existing Consulting offerings, developing new offers when needed, and developing or improving consulting methods, tools, and techniques.
- Demonstrates success in creating, developing, and closing opportunities to achieve annual contract signing goals of 5-10 million dollars in specific accounts, sectors, or geographies.
- Leads or has participated in complex sales efforts, seeks appropriate assistance as required, and has a positive impact on sales closure.
- Drives billable and chargeable utilization of the team and personnel as required by the business.
- Plays a primary role in resolving complex contract, client, solution, technical, or critical political issues for delivery.
- Delivers complex projects and/or fixed-price components with a mix of local, global, and subcontractor employees, facing challenges in product development to meet client and customer satisfaction.
- Mastery in Leadership of People and Consulting Teams: Acts in a Player/Coach model to serve as a coach or mentor to other team members, as well as fulfilling individual goals.
- Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Productivity Skills: Exceptional and advanced skills in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel to help convey messages and deliverables through modern consulting techniques.
- Communication: Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly articulate insights derived from findings to relevant stakeholders. Able to manage communication at operational levels and also with gravity at the C-level. Capable of leading and participating in workshops, outlining results clearly, and creating/presenting materials and deliverables.
- Working with Empathy: Leading and participating in internal and client teams at Kyndryl with empathy.
- Leadership: Demonstrates a proactive mindset with the client and Kyndryl as a priority. Ability to mentor and be mentored, create a preferred environment and workplace for colleagues and team members, and be a role model of professional excellence.
- Execution: Possesses critical thinking skills to analyze data and inputs objectively and provide strategic roadmaps and recommendations.
