Supervisor de Aseguramiento del Desempeño

Objetivo del puesto

Este puesto es responsable de garantizar que todos los miembros del equipo de Aseguramiento del Desempeño dispongan de los recursos adecuados y del conjunto de competencias apropiadas. Será responsable de dirigir al equipo en la búsqueda y entrega de valor a los clientes en función de sus necesidades. Será el principal responsable de planificar y ejecutar el programa anual de Garantía de Resultados siguiendo las directrices corporativas de Servicios Profesionales.

Promoverá la transferencia de conocimientos y el intercambio de mejores prácticas entre los equipos regionales de servicio de campo.

Funciones y responsabilidades

Operaciones: Soporte técnico y servicio
- Proyectos y ciclos de aseguramiento del rendimiento para garantizar la calidad y el valor entregado a los clientes
- Escalado y expectativas de los clientes
- Apoyo a las ventas en la generación de la propuesta de valor
- Planificación de recursos y programación de ciclos del área
- Garantizar la disponibilidad de recursos y competencias para los ciclos del área
- Asistir al Gerente de Éxito del Cliente en la planificación y ejecución del CCA
- Promover el intercambio de conocimientos entre los equipos de campo dentro y fuera de la región
- Trabajar en coordinación con DSS para garantizar el rendimiento del sistema y la generación de valor

Conocimientos necesarios
- Título de grado medio (minería/ingeniería industrial) y experiência pertinente o licenciatura.
- Se recomienda un mínimo de 3 años de experiência en supervisión o gestión
- Nível de inglés recomendado: medio hablado y escrito

**Job Purpose**:
This position is responsible for ensuring that all members of the Performance Assurance team are adequately resourced and have the appropriate skill set. You will be responsible for leading the team in the pursuit and delivery of value to customers based on their needs. Will be primarily responsible for planning and executing the annual Performance Assurance program following Professional Services corporate guidelines.

Will promote knowledge transfer and sharing of best practices among the regional field service teams.

**Travel Requirements**:
Travel Requirements - Up to 20%

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Projects and Performance Assurance cycles to ensure quality and value delivered to customers
- Scaling and customer expectations
- Support sales in generating the value proposition
- Resource planning and cycle scheduling Performance Assurance
- Ensure the availability of resources and skills for Performance Assurance cycles
- Assist the Customer Success Manager with the planning and execution of the CCA
- Promote knowledge sharing between field teams within and outside the region
- Work in coordination with DSS to ensure system performance and value generation

**Required Skills**:

- Associate degree (mining/industrial engineering) and relevant experience or Bachelor’s degree.
- Recommended minimum 3 years of supervisory or management experience
- Recommended level of English: medium spoken and written
