Onze unieke zelfbouwpakketten voor verwarming, sanitair, ventilatie, elektriciteit en hernieuwbare woningtechnieken worden op maat samengesteld. We volgen dagelijks de trends en evoluties in de markt op, en bieden steeds innovatieve en duurzame producten aan voor onze klanten.

Onze slimme zelfbouwers kunnen na een grondige, praktijkgerichte opleiding zelf aan de slag met het plaatsen van hun woningtechnieken. Onze Easykit coaches én vakmensen blijven steeds paraat om hen met raad en daad bij te staan zodat iedere installatie een succes is.

125 medewerkers, 12 toonzalen en bijna 30 jaar ervaring. Dat is slimme zelfbouw

Als IT Support werk je (hoofdzakelijk) vanuit onze hoofdzetel te Rotselaar en ondersteun je al onze collega’s en filialen/vestigingen in hun vragen met betrekking tot hardware, software en applicaties.

**Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden**:

- **First line** support: Geen vraag is je te veel Zowel telefonisch, online of (indien nodig) on-site, help je de collega’s verder bij vragen rond hard
- of software.
- Hardware: printers, pc’s, laptops, servers,
- Software/Applicaties: Microsoft, RDS, Dox42, Sharepoint, Intune,
- Connectiviteit: Telefonie (teams)) en internet
- **Second line** heb je leveranciers/partners die jou ondersteunen. Je werkt nauw met hen samen, stuurt hen aan en je challenget deze partners in het aanbieden van de meest efficiënte oplossingen. Samen met de IT Manager, onderhandel je over nieuwe contracten en oplossingen.
- Nieuwe collega? Jij heet hem/haar van harte welkom door de installatie van alle nodige (hard
- en software) toepassingen en toegangen. Ook uitdiensten werkt je af als een professional.
- Software-update? Als expert begeleid je het proces en ondersteun je de collega’s.
- Als een goede huisvader, beheer je ons volledig assortiment van IT-materialen en doe je voorstellen tot aankoop of vervanging
- Ook op lange termijn denk je graag mee en formuleer je voorstellen rond kostefficiënte oplossingen en optimalisaties om onze stabiele IT-infrastructuur te garanderen.
- Je bent de rechterhand van de IT Manager en neemt deel aan de uitwerking en uitrol van diverse IT-projecten
- Je werkt nauw samen met de masterdata-beheerder en jullie fungeren als elkaars back-up voor dringende zaken. Je rapporteert aan de IT-manager.

**Je hebt**
- Een Bachelor diploma Informatica/ICT of gelijkaardig door ervaring
- 3 jaar ervaring als professioneel ICT’er
- Een uitstekende kennis van Microsoft
- en Windowstoepassingen
- Een flinke portie kennis binnen netwerkbeheer
- Goede kennis van meest voorkomende hardware-instellingen
- Je blijft up to date mbt nieuwe technologieën en je leert graag bij.
- Je bent service-gedreven en krijgt energie van het oplossen van problemen en het ondersteunen van collega’s
- Een open, vriendelijke houding en bent stressbestendig
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en kan je behelpen in het Frans
- Je kan zowel autonoom als in team werken
- Extra pluspunten?

- Ervaring werken binnen IT-budget
- Ervaring met ERP-systemen
- Ervaring in meewerken binnen projecten
