Senior Associate - Telecommunications and IT Support Technician

As a member of the IT team, the selected candidate must have a solid understanding of telecommunications technologies and experience in technical support. This role is essential to ensure the efficient and continuous operation of our telecommunications and IT systems.

What you will be doing at Evalueserve:

  1. Monitor and maintain the network infrastructure, ensuring its optimal performance.
  2. Diagnosing and solving connectivity and performance problems.
  3. Install, configure and maintain telecommunications systems and network devices.
  4. Provide technical support to end users.
  5. Resolving hardware and software issues.
  6. Collaborate with other technical teams to implement projects and technological improvements.

What we’re looking for:

  1. IT Technician or Engineer degree.
  2. Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English.
  3. Solid knowledge of networks, communication protocols, and operating systems.
  4. Demonstrable skills in technical problem solving.
  5. CCNA is a plus.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
