**Propósito de la Posición**
En Nestlé Chile nos encontramos ne búsqueda de una persona que quiera formar parte del equipo de Recursos Humanos en Fábrica Macul. Buscamos a alguien ordenado, meticuloso, con excelente manejo de relaciones interpersonales.

**Un día en la vida de**
- Gestionar herramientas para confección de contratos/anexos de los trabajadores.
- Desarrollar reportabilidad.
- Apoyar en procesos de Administración de Personal.
- Aportar con propuestas de mejora para el área.

**Lo que te hará exitoso**
- Nível de Excel: Intermedio-Avanzado (ideal manejo de Macros).
- Conocimiento en Power BI (deseable).
- Conocimiento en Power Apps (deseable).
- Experiência en RRHH (deseable).
