**About the role**:

- The Specialist - Marketing (Product) provides specialist support in the delivery of the marketing plan relevant to the product/service in scope.

**What you will be doing**:

- Key Accountabilities Supports product planning and provide marketing support to customer teams aligned to global product strategy and pricing policy Supports the marketing manager for implementation planning for new product introduction in their category Supports in region product pricing, quality, and safety Supports tracking and reporting on product profitability where required Provides input for long term demand planning Ensures strong understanding of customer needs Ensures understanding of competitor capabilities Provides analysis and information as input to measurement and management of overall commercial risk Supports managers and leads in region in global projects prioritisation and implementation related to product/service Provides input to planning resources, priorities and delivery of projects related to delivering marketing strategy in region for the product/service Works collaboratively with the regional and global marketing communications teams to ensure consistency of messaging around product offering and materials Provides business development support to product teams as required for key clients

**What you will bring**:
**BAND F PEOPLE LEADER**
- Minimum 7 years experience post qualification.
- Experience leading a team, including building a collaborative approach.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with a range of stakeholders.
- Strong strategic and commercial acumen supported by sound commercial judgement.
- Ability to plan, influence & execute.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to present strategic logic and recommended pathways, coupled with the ability to present to key stakeholders.

**BAND F TECHNICAL SPECIALIST**
- Minimum 3 to 6 years experience post qualification.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with a range of stakeholders.
- Strong strategic and commercial acumen supported by sound commercial judgement.
- Ability to plan, influence & execute.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to present strategic logic and recommended pathways, coupled with the ability to present to key stakeholders.

**Your qualifications**:
Insert tertiary qualification required for role (e.g. Accountant must have a tertiary degree in an Accounting discipline, an Engineer must have a tertiary degree in an Engineering discipline)
OR
Technical qualification / legistlative / SHES certification
