**Responsabilidades y atribuciones**
- Despliegue de imágenes de Windows y iOS
- Instalación y configuración de computadores
- Configuración de ERP
- Conocimiento en redes
- Manejo de tickets
- Experiência con Office 365, VPN y aplicaciones de monitoreo

**Requisitos y calificaciones**
- Titulo técnico en Informática, conectividad y redes, telecomunicaciones o electrónica (Excluyente)
- Perfil microinformático con conocimiento de soporte a aplicaciones y conocimiento general de soporte informático (hardware).
- Conocimiento y experiência general en soporte a ERP (Excluyente)
- Conocimiento en XML (debe generar documentaciones para el soporte, pero hay que tener conocimientos básicos de cómo se maneja los cambios en los archivos).
- Inglés Intermedio-Avanzado (Excluyente)
- Experiência con personal a cargo (Deseable)
