OBJETIVO DEL CARGO / (JOB STATEMENT)
Desarrollar un mecanismo de medición de desempeño de la estrategia comercial actual en base a soluciones analíticas, que sean la base en la toma de decisión de las áreas de venta. Entregar análisis y desviaciones de los principales KPI comerciales con una mirada global y con foco a nível South América, con el fin de desarrollar planes de acción para mejorar el desempeño de la estrategia.
DEBERES Y RESPONSABILIDADES DEL CARGO / (JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES)
Analizar información comercial asegurando que sea de calidad y comparable en cuanto a producto, volumen de negocio y cuenta.
Mantener la información actualizada de los Budget de Ventas por línea de producto/ mercado/cuenta.
Proveer de alertas oportunas sobre desviaciones en la estrategia comercial y proponer mejoras.
Proponer los indicadores comerciales adecuados que se deben implementar para alcanzar la estrategia comercial.
Identificar desviaciones en el cumplimiento de la estrategia comercial actual y el origen de estas desviaciones.
Proveer de información para la toma de decisiones
Conocer la cultura del negocio y los objetivos comerciales.
Análisis de los principales KPIs relacionados a cotizaciones (Tiempo de respuesta, Hit rate)
Análisis de demanda de fabrica
Mantener la data de salesforce con altos estándares de calidad.
Generar las alertas necesarias ante posibles desviaciones en la data ingresada en Salesforce.

Ingeniero Civil o Civil Industrial o carreras a fin.
**Experiência**:
Experiência mínima de 3 años en cargos similares en minería
**Formación: (Conocimientos Deseables*, No excluyentes)**:
Manejo Intermedio SAP, CRM.
Control de Gestión (básico)
Herramientas Power BI (intermedio - avanzado)
Manejo de Inglés nível intermedio - avanzado
Manejo de Office nível avanzado (Excel, Word, Power Point)
Conocimiento de las mejores prácticas de modelado de datos y visualización optimizada de datos
Comprensión de la estructura de base de datos y los principios de extracción de datos
