ThoroughTec is seeking high performing Sales Support associate to assist ThoroughTec’s international Business Development team to unearth new sales opportunities.

**Location**: Santiago, Chile
**Remuneration**: Market-related
**Experience Level**: 2-5 years

**Job Type**: Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Mining industry market research
- CRM data capture
- Liaison and co-ordination with sales team
- Preparing reports
- Scheduling meetings
- Tracking goals

**Desired skills, experience, and qualifications**:

- Knowledge of mining machinery and operations (Concepts)
- Knowledge of mining training solutions such as e-learning and simulators
- Willingness to learn and develop market research analysis skills
- BA/BS with a specialization in/focus on social sciences, marketing, or similar
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite required
- A high degree of fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Additional fluency in Portuguese is desirable
- Excellent inter-personal communication skills
- Tele-sales/research experience beneficial
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail
