**On-Site Technical Support L1**

Para enfrentar mejor estos desafíos, necesitas:
- Brindar soporte técnico de manera presencial a los usuarios de las aplicaciones y de los hardware (por ejemplo, PCS, servidores, computadoras centrales) en la organización.
- Actuar con los servicios de redes, con los ingenieros de sistemas de software o con el desarrollo de aplicaciones para restablecer el servicio o identificar problemas.

Instalación y configuración de equipos y redes.
**Funciones**:
Brindar Soporte técnico informático a nuestro cliente en diferentes tiendas
- Instalación, configuración y reparación de PCs
- Despliegue de imágenes de Windows
- Instalación de impresoras
- Conocimiento en redes
- Manejo de tickets
**Requisitos**:
- Titulo técnico en Informática o similar
- Al menos 1 año de experiência en soporte técnico
- Orientación al servicio
- Cordial
- Colaborador
- Movilización propia (Deseable)
**Modalidad**: Presencial
**Ubicación**: varias comunas de Santiago
**Horario**: Lunes a Viernes - con posibilidad de bono Stan By por Turnos fin de semana:
- 9:00 - 19:00
**Renta**: $617.000 + $71.400 (bono de colación) + 12.000 (bono móvil telefonia) = 700000 líquido
