Program Manager, Customer Education

Join a dynamic and innovative organization where you can truly make a difference as a Program Manager, Customer Education. We are looking for a driven and strategic partner to shape customers' experiences and contribute to the growth of our training program. In this role, you will have the opportunity to build and iterate on our end-to-end instructor-led training (ILT) experience, ensuring flawless execution and exceptional content delivery.
As a problem solver with a passion for enhancing our offerings, you will be responsible for creating scalable and repeatable ILT programs that drive customer adoption and revenue generation. You will collaborate across departments, working closely with technical trainers to guide and support them in delivering top-notch training content. Your ability to think outside the box and bring new ideas to the table will be crucial in our hyper-growth environment.
Your impact will extend beyond the training program itself. You will lead planning, implementation, and communications for all customer engagements, ensuring a seamless and valuable experience. By evaluating program effectiveness and analyzing data, you will continually improve the ILT experience, while effectively communicating the story of its success to key partners.
In addition to supporting our customers, you will provide ongoing support and consultation to department and regional leadership, helping them understand the value of customer education and enabling them to make informed decisions.

**Requisitos**:
If you have a minimum of 5 years of experience in training or customer success, strong project management skills, and a background in instructional design or adult education, we want to hear from you. Preferred qualifications include experience in a high-growth company and/or working with a global, distributed workforce, as well as experience in building learning content and tools.
