Una persona motivada, organizada y proactiva que pueda gestionar eficazmente los requerimientos de nuestros usuarios a través de nuestros sistemas internos. Queremos a alguien con habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para resolver problemas de manera eficiente, manteniendo siempre un enfoque en la satisfacción del cliente y en la mejora continua del servicio. La persona ideal debe ser capaz de trabajar en un entorno dinámico y adaptarse a turnos rotativos, cumpliendo con los SLAs establecidos y colaborando estrechamente con el equipo de Customer Success.
**¿Qué harías?**
- Gestionar y resolver requerimientos de los usuarios de Zippedi en conjunto con el equipo de Customer Support.
- Entregar visibilidad diaria de incidencias y temas relevantes al equipo de Customer Success.
- Apoyar en el análisis de información de nuestro servicio.
- Utilizar de forma ejemplar las herramientas y servicios tecnológicos de uso interno asociados a Customer Support.
**¿Qué necesitas para postular a la vacante?**
- Formación: Egresado o titulado.
- Experiência: 0-3 años (no es excluyente).
- Habilidad comunicativa y trabajo colaborativo.
**Competencias Clave**:
- Proactividad y orientación a resultados.
- Metódico y organizado.
- Capacidad para el manejo de datos (uso de Excel nível intermedio-avanzado).
- Analítico.
- Excelentes relaciones interpersonales.
- Alta capacidad de gestión y resolución de problemas.
**Ideal si cuentas con lo siguiente**:
- Experiência trabajando con herramientas de gestión de incidentes o ticketing.
- Experiência en atención al cliente.
**¿Qué te ofrecemos?**
- Trabajo en modalidad de turnos rotativos cubriendo de 7AM a 7PM de Lunes a Viernes (07:00 a 16:00 / 10:00 a 19:00).
