En OOH Publicidad somos líderes en publicidad exterior en Latinoamérica, con más de 180 Medios OOH y 15,000 soportes disponibles. Nuestra misión es ampliar el acceso a este medio publicitario a través de herramientas medibles y accesibles.
Nuestro software **OOH Manager**, con presencia en 7 países de Latinoamérica, es un SaaS que ha transformado la industria, al permitir a los Medios OOH (empresas dueñas de los soportes) digitalizar sus procesos comerciales, operacionales y de inventarios, optimizando su negocio y relación con los anunciantes.
Estamos en búsqueda de un(a)** Customer Support **para el equipo de OOH Manager, que se una a nuestra misión y ayude a nuestros clientes a aprovechar al máximo nuestra plataforma. Este rol es crucial para asegurar una experiência positiva desde el inicio, teniendo contacto directo con los usuarios.
El rol es parte del equipo de Producto de OOH manager, y trabajará de cerca con el equipo de Desarrollo, Ventas y Marketing.
**Principales funciones**:
El/la Customer Support tendrá un rol proactivo y centrado en el cliente, siendo responsable de:
- Atender y gestionar requerimientos de los usuarios de OOH Manager a través de diversos canales, garantizando respuestas oportunas y un seguimiento hasta la resolución.
- Coordinar y ejecutar el proceso de Setup de nuevos clientes y las sesiones de capacitación a sus usuarios, trabajando estrechamente con el equipo de ventas para asegurar un onboarding exitoso.
- Realizar pruebas de nuestras aplicaciones para identificar errores y gestionar su solución junto al equipo de desarrollo. Revisar nuevas funcionalidades y proponer mejoras.
- Documentar funcionalidades y flujos de las aplicaciones, manteniendo actualizada la base de conocimientos y enviando newsletters informativas.
- Gestionar soporte técnico interno, coordinando soluciones con proveedores externos según sea necesario.
**Requerimientos del cargo**:
Buscamos a personas que cumplan con los siguientes requisitos:
- Mínimo 1 año de experiência en soporte a clientes o áreas relacionadas como customer success o customer experience.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, oral y escrita; paciencia y capacidad para explicar conceptos de manera clara. Ideal si tienes experiência ejecutando capacitaciones.
- Habilidad para construir relaciones de confianza, tanto presencialmente como de forma remota. Alto nível de empatía para poder entender los dolores del cliente.
- Orientación a resultados y capacidad para mejorar procesos constantemente.
- Pasión por la experiência del cliente y deseo de crecer en este campo.
- Dominio avanzado de Excel/Google Spreadsheets, incluyendo la creación de tablas dinámicas y uso de fórmulas complejas. Cada vez que tienes un problema buscas solucionarlo con una fórmula o de la manera más automática posible.
- Conocimientos en PowerPoint/Google Slides.
- Es un plus si además tienes experiência con uso de CRMs (usamos HubSpot) y herramientas de automatización. Estos conocimientos pueden marcar la diferencia al momento de optimizar la gestión de relaciones y ventas.
La educación en áreas como Customer Support, CX, UX, Marketing, Ventas, Tecnología, o afines será valorada.
**Otras características del puesto**:
- Horario: Lunes a jueves de 09:00 a 18:30 hrs, viernes hasta las 17:00 hrs.
- Modalidad híbrida, con presencialidad 2 veces por semana en nuestro cowork en Santiago.
