Estamos en búsqueda de un líder en Consumer Marketing, cuya misión principal es dirigir el equipo dedicado a productos de Lavalozas y Cleaners de la categoría de Home & Higiene. Trabajarás en estrecha colaboración con diversas áreas interfuncionales, como CSP, CMI, DMC y R&D, para desarrollar e implementar estrategias que impulsen el desempeño a mediano y largo plazo en el mercado. Tu objetivo será fomentar el crecimiento rentable y competitivo, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos anuales con responsabilidad total sobre el P&L. Serás responsable de aumentar la participación de mercado, la penetración y el fortalecimiento de la marca Quix, tomando decisiones estratégicas y tácticas que garanticen el éxito. Tu liderazgo será fundamental en el desarrollo completo de las demás marcas del portafolio, donde tendrás la oportunidad de impulsar el crecimiento de la marca líder en el mercado chileno, manteniendo su posición destacada dentro de Unilever. Buscamos a alguien con habilidades sólidas para la toma de decisiones y la gestión del portafolio de productos, capaz de desarrollar e implementar estrategias de marketing efectivas que mantengan nuestra marca en la cima. **Principales funciones**:

- Desarrollar actividades de marketing orientadas al consumidor final para las marcas y/o categorías que es responsable. Esto incluye planes de reacción competitiva, desarrollo de publicidad junto a las agencias y diseñadores, aprobación de planes de comunicación e incentivar el apoyo de exhibiciones en el punto de venta - Analizar dinámicas de mercado y recomendar planes de acción en base a los aprendizajes. Esto incluye análisis de actividades competitivas, participación de mercado, actividades de marketing y ventas reales, márgenes de la categoría/marcas y entre otros. - Conducir proyectos de lanzamiento de nuevos productos, mejoras a los ya existentes e iniciativas comerciales. Esto incluye su evaluación, desarrollo y ejecución liderando a las distintas áreas involucradas. Desarrollo de actividades relacionadas con la marca interna y externa como: relación con USF, eventos, concursos y otros. -Control del Presupuesto de la marca Quix

**Principales Requisitos**
Estudios: Ingeniería industrial, Comercial, Marketing, Administración o carreras similares.

Experiência: al menos de 0 a 3 años.

Competencias deseables: Pensamiento e interés analítico y creativo.

Conocimiento: variables de negocio y mercados, liderazgo horizontal de proyectos de principio a fin, manejo de presupuestos, manejo de agencias. Herramientas: Power BI, Excel, Nielsen, PPT, etc. Nível de inglés intermedio.
