**Objective**:

- This position reports to the Operations Manager and is expected to optimized _
- the coordinations in different program/projects among the plants_
- in Chile._
- Coordinate work in a way that ensures the safe, efficient, economical and timely completion of work with high regard for customer satisfaction in accordance with strategic initiatives._
- Recommend and execute strategies for completing annual programmatic maintenance. Ensure work is identified to proper equipment in company software MRP._
- Monitor and coordinate activities to manage operational performance to achieve strategic initiatives. Responsible for submitting field order requests._

**Essential Duties**:

- Optimize third-party purchasing process, increasing value creation.
- Optimize purchases y budgeting
- Execute actions related with optimization of resources between UPP and PMGD plants according to the work plans.
- Coordinates the suppliers resources between fields in terms of machines and equipment to optimize the use and negotiate the best proposal.
- Manage stocks for different projects using company´s MRP system.
- Reports to control maintenance of the UPP and PMGD KPI.
- Control materials, working hours and third-party services.
- Safety regulations for suppliers.
- Create maintenance plans based on customer information and technical knowledge.
- Control weekly activities
- Analyze proposals for clients in collaboration with the Site Manager.
- Participate in meetings of maintenance and execution projects.
- Manage and control own and suppliers resources (budget).
- Generation and monitoring of quotes to suppliers and customers.
- Deep knowledge of clients contracts.
- Create opportunities for transactionals programs with clients, coordinate with Finance area.
- Other miscellaneous duties as assigned related to the tasks and competences of the role.
- 50% timing working must be in the fields.

**Qualifications**
- Technician or Engineering Bachelor Degree
- 2+ year´s experience in maintenance Planning
- Strong knowledge and use of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Advanced/Fluent in English and Spanish
- Driver’s License B Class
- Ability to work under high pressure situations.
