Overview and Main Functions
We are looking for an Accounting Analyst to join our team. Based in Santiago City, Chile, reporting to the Accounting Coordinator, you will be responsible for the registration of accounts payable for purchases and services, and registration of expense renderings. Review of compliance with control formalities and procedures of accounts payable invoices for registration and payment process.
Main Responsibilities
01. Periodically record the purchase documents for expenses, services, imports, raw materials and expenses related to the export process, expense and fees.
02. Analyze accounts checking accounts payable and imprest accounts of employees.
03. Periodically prepare reports defined by the company and required by management
04. Perform internal controls related to purchases and periodic expenses.
05. Safety inspections in accordance with established internal procedures.
06. Promote the requirements of safety, quality and corporate environment, specific to the company and established in the ISO 45001, ISO 9001, ISO 14.001 standards applicable to the area.
07. Comply with the company's safety, quality and environmental policies and procedures.
08. Actively participate in programs and training and report any associated issues (Incidents, non-conforming product, machine failure, potential risks, environmental events, near-incident).
09. Lead workplace safety, maintain safe conduct and commit to your safety and take it beyond the company.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a worker with the following skills:
- Accountant Auditor 2 with 5 years of experience in related positions.
- Experience in purchasing control and reviews of expenses and accounts payable.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements: ISO 45001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and internal and corporate procedures applicable to your area.
- English language bajo.
- MS Office level high level.
Visión general y principales funciones
Estamos buscando un Analista de Contabilidad para unirse a nuestro equipo.
Con sede en Ciudad de Santiago de Chile, reportando al Coordinador de Contabilidad, usted será responsable del registro de las cuentas por pagar por concepto de compras y servicios, y registro de rendiciones de gastos. Revisión del cumplimiento de las formalidades de control y procedimientos de las facturas de cuentas por pagar para proceso de registro y pago.
Principales **Responsabilidades**:
01. Registrar periódicamente los documentos de compra por gastos, servicios, importaciones, materias primas y gastos relacionados con el proceso de exportaciones, rendiciones de gastos y honorarios.
02. Analizar las cuentas corrientes de cuentas por pagar y cuentas de anticipos de empleados.
03. Preparar periódicamente reportes definidos por la compañía y de requerimiento de la administración
04. Realizar controles internos relacionados con compras y gastos periódicos.
05. Inspecciones de Seguridad de acuerdo con los procedimientos internos establecidos.
06. Promover los requisitos de seguridad, calidad y medio ambiente corporativas, propias de la empresa y establecidos en las normas ISO 45001, ISO 9001, ISO 14.001 aplicables al área.
07. Cumplir con las políticas y procedimientos de seguridad, calidad y medio ambiente de la compañía.
08. Participar activamente en los programas y formación e informar de cualquier asunto asociado (Incidentes, producto no conforme, falla de máquinas, Riesgos potenciales, eventos ambientales, casi-incidente).
09. Liderar la seguridad en el puesto de trabajo, mantener una conducta segura y comprometerse con su seguridad y llevarla más allá de la compañía.

- Contador Auditor
- 2 a 5 años de experiência en cargos relacionados.
- Experiência en control de compras y revisiones de gastos y cuentas por pagar.
- Conocimiento de los requisitos normativos: ISO 45001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 y procedimientos internos y corporativos aplicables a su área.
- Idioma Inglés nível bajo.
- MS Office nível alto.
