- Are you interested in Business Development within the Mining Industry Join our team of Marketing.**Your Mission**:

- To lead a regionally team and develop the organic growth of the Ground Support business, with a strong focus on expanding market shares and increasing top line through very close collaboration with our Customer Centers (CC). It shall develop and grow the business in the Undergroung Mining & Tunneling segment in all its dimensions with responsibility of coordinating internal and external stakeholders and seeking new business opportunities in order to grow the Underground Support business globally.**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure customer loyalty by providing the best product support across multiple sales channels, market segments, or customer locations.
- Be responsible for all commercial game plans and, together with Customer Centers, assure that we are utilizing direct and indirect channels to their full potential to reach all targeted types of customers.
- Set and implement a structured and efficient commercial annual sales revenue plan. Be the reference point for our Customer Centers for establishing the annual target plans for the region.
- Own product availability target within region through active leadership of the S&OP processes. Working close with Supply Chain and Operations to establish the right dynamics in inventory replenishment practices.
- Be a great team player and active contributor in making Epiroc NASA/EMEA/APAC a great company and place to work where people feel inspired, and where their diverse experience is valued.
- Grow the market share and customer share within the underground mining and tunneling segment with improved margin and profitability.
- Follow up, forecast and monitoring key Undergound support KPIs for the assigned Customer Centers, such as sales, profit, MaCo, and inventory. This to secure a high level of predictability and that actions are taken when there are deviations from targets.
- Share best practices, experience, and identify business opportunities for both Cost Per Meter and Price segments; assist in developing and executing action plans for Underground Mining and tunneling Segment related to direct and indirect sales channels.
- Follow up Territory Management plans, as this will give the guidelines to set the right strategies to develop and implement business plans to increase revenues, maximize profit across international markets.
- Work closely with Customer centers and the Epiroc Customer Relationship Team as required maximizing market share with all our Global Strategic customers.
- Ensure that essential information required to succeed on proposals / tenders is made available to relevant functions and teams.
- Collaborate cross functionally in order to develop tailor-made value propositions that exploit a particular niche in the market with focus on customer requirements, international trends and specific Territory Management plans.
- Provide regular business feedback to relevant stake holders on business performance, marketing activities, market and competitor updates, with updated short and medium term development action plans.
- Generate new business by being proactive in identifying new opportunities and promoting new solutions including different type of contracts with our customers.
- Follow-up on red flag issues or other Product Company action items that may originate through business review meetings or the Customer Center monthly Red Flag report.

**Your profile**:

- Minimum 5+ years’ work experience from international marketing in the mining industry
- University degree, preferably in business or engineering or have acquired similar competence through work experience.
- Good understanding of Global Mining Business and experience from Customer Center & Product Company is a plus.
