Strategic Account Representative - VIH

Responsable del manejo integral del proceso de prescripción-compra-rotación en instituciones clave estableciendo distintas estrategias comerciales como también promocionar, vender y dar soluciones con respecto a las marcas a cargo a los profesionales de la salud que están autorizados para prescribir. Desarrollar y asesorar a los clientes asignados (instituciones públicas y privadas, farmacias, otro) realizando labores de inclusión de productos de VIH en los listados de medicamentos apoyándose y coordinando acciones en conjunto con las otras áreas de la unidad de negocio. Analizar y gestionar las ventas en su territorio e instituciones a cargo, identificando oportunidades de negocio y áreas de mejora; con el objetivo de fidelizar e incrementar la venta.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Demostrar un mindset ágil, de colaboración y continuo aprendizaje en la ejecución.
- Customizar las estrategias de promoción y venta 360° basadas en el cliente, llevando a cabo iniciativas para el customer journey de sus stakeholders según corresponda, actuando como embajador de las marcas asignadas dentro y fuera de la empresa (narrativa GSK/ViiV)
- Desarrollar, administrar y crecer la venta de producto de especialidad en las instituciones a cargo, buscando activamente oportunidades para el logro de los objetivos de venta, identificando necesidades de los clientes y dando seguimiento a los mismos.
- Promoción de productos VIH, tanto en visitas F2F como virtuales a profesionales de la salud autorizados para prescribir, con la finalidad de desarrollar las marcas dentro de territorio.
- Desarrollar el plan necesario para la inclusión de productos clave VIH en los centros estratégicos públicos y privados de acuerdo al sistema de salud y proceso de compra de cada institución. Para lo cual será necesario contar conocimiento claro y preciso de stakeholders involucrados en el proceso de toma de decisión como también definición de recursos internos necesarios (de todas las áreas de la compañía) para la correcta implementación del plan. Posterior a la inclusión dar seguimiento de la rotación y establecer un plan de crecimiento con cada institución.
- Generar una relación de confianza y de partner con las instituciones a cargo a largo plazo para favorecer la incorporación de productos de VIH al listado de medicamentos, con apoyo de las distintas áreas como Medical, Acceso, Channel Developtment, CTC y Marketing.
- Gestiones de trabajo dirigido a profesionales de la salud no médicos: Informar y comunicar los aspectos técnicos de nuestras marcas a los QF y/o matronas, encargados de compra y abastecimiento de farmacias e instituciones para desarrollar nuestras marcas de VIH.
- Kardex médico e institucional: Actualizar y revisar estratégicamente el kardex asignado a través de Veeva, con el objeto de mantener el mejor kardex para las marcas de VIH en promoción, manteniendo el foco en el paciente y en el desarrollo de la marca a cargo.
- Registrar diariamente las visitas a clientes GSK a través de Veeva, y de acuerdo a las normas establecidas de trabajo en Veeva, con el fin de asegurar cobertura como también captura de insights. Igualmente registrar las reuniones o actividades promocionales en VEM.

- Profesional Universitario con estudios en área biológica, salud, comercial, ingeniería o afines.
- Experiência en la industria farmacéutica mínimo 3 años

- Manejo de paquete office intermedio
