Business Support Manager

This role will report to the Nobramex region COO. The position will liaise with Global Banking & Global Markets lines of business (LOB), enterprise control functions (ECF - e.g. CFO, HR, Risk), and LOB and Regional COO’s to support the Nobramex Country Executive (CE) and to ensure the region’s businesses are run effectively and comply with control requirements.
**Key areas of focus are**:
- Senior management presentations
- Business reporting for the Nobramex CE
- Support on Local Committees
- Coordination of governance routines and control data
- Financial reporting and analysis
- Local products and broker dealer and representative offices regulatory requirements
- Close partnering with Finance to understand key revenue and expense drivers by country/LOB for the region
- Management of governance routines for the region
- Logistics for the annual Business and Country Review Meeting
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of presentations for senior management on strategy, business performance, and planning initiatives
- Produce and own weekly financial reporting, track key deals and transactions, write economic and financial commentary
- Take meeting minutes and assist in coordination of regional committee meetings (CLT, Local Committees, etc.).
- Strong written communication skills are required
- Field a variety of ad hoc assignments, typically with time constraints
- Coordination and oversight over regulated entities and specific local products
- Analyze financial and market data across businesses and prepare presentations/financial modeling
- Support projects related to strategic and business initiatives across businesses, countries, product lines, or business processes. Projects require cross-divisional coordination, communication, negotiation and local product and regulatory know how
- Support the Region COO on the Governance reviews and controls of the region

- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, ability to write professionally required
- Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and to handle several projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Strong proficiency in Excel (pivots, index, sumifs, etc.) and PowerPoint (graphs and tables)
- Strong know how on local broker dealer, representative offices and global markets and global banking products
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- Fluent English and Spanish required
