Estamos buscando un **Team Lead Early Adoption**, quien deberá mantener el foco en la** **resolución de problemas a través del análisis de datos y liderar equipos para brindar resultados en el proceso de activación de primer nível, a través de procesos de mejora continua. Debe influenciar de manera directa en la experiência general de nuestros stakeholders externos e internos, estableciendo las expectativas correctas y cumpliéndolas de manera excelente. La clave de este papel es la capacidad de articular, analizar, gestionar y demostrar valor continuo en cada gestión posterior a la activación en 30 días, inspirar a un equipo de ejecutivos a mostrar desde el proceso de activación el valor de los productos de Nubox y fomentar la adopción y referencia.

**¿Cuáles serán tus objetivos?**
- En base al análisis de datos, generar informes y Dashboards, lo que permitirá a las distintas partes interesadas tomar decisiones basadas en datos en base a la gestión en los primeros 180 días.
- Generar planes de acción en el proceso de activación para nuestros clientes a partir del análisis de datos y su segmentación, buscamos mejorar los tiempos del proceso actual, aumentando sus níveles de uso y recomendación.
Motivar y guiar a los ejecutivos de Activación, obteniendo el mejor rendimiento del equipo a través de objetivos claros y muy ambiciosos, manteniendo una comunicación constante y transparente en un entorno dinámico.

**¿Qué necesitas para postular?**
- Ingeniería Civil, comercial, administración u otro.
- Desde 3 años de experiência relevante, ya sea en una start-up, hotelería, postventa de Soluciones Multicloud (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, DRaaS, etc) u otros roles técnicos con relación directa con clientes SMBs, consultora o retail.
- Desde 2 años de experiência liderando equipos, trabajando con modelos VoC y NPS y trabajando directamente en la relación con el cliente.
- Conocimientos en venta consultiva (excluyente)
- Power BI, Excel, Tableau u otro (deseable)
- Metodologías Agiles (deseable)
- Conocimiento de Intercom y AppCues (deseable)
