This Role is responsible for the entire CUP D&A budget that includes discounts, free products, OT Investment, additional exhibits, and stales. This responsibility includes control and management of the budget supporting commercial activities on every sales channel, this means the evaluation and optimization of every activity through a TPM process, working with every KAM, Sales Manager, and Revenue Management building forecast visibility, the accuracy of the accruals and optimization in the trade spend budget.
- This Role also includes the ownership of the D&A Renegotiation Process, the current project & new projects for D&A Optimization. For this process is important to have the ability to Lead & promote changes in a difficult context.

This role looks forward to developing and replicating the best practices of the Chilean market in Uruguay and Paraguay in which countries this capability is very undeveloped and with high opportunities given the high d&a rate (over 24% in both countries compared to Chile 16-17%).

Chile is one of the countries with more relevance of OT Channel in terms of net revenue and because of that, d&a management is totally developed and with high-end visibility. That kind of management is required to be able to maintain to replicate in OT Uruguay in order to generate more sales volume with a high return on each dollar spent.

**Responsibilities**- Define/update promo budget, strategy & guidelines across channels.- Generate discounts strategy on every sales channel, controlling and evaluating every activity.- Leads the analysis of D&A investment in every sales channel and customer in order to find profitability opportunities and recommendations to improve the net revenue.- Manage every commercial agreement on SAP (rebates).- Leads a multidisciplinary team in order to control and improve the “non working D&A´s “ accounts looking to switch the investment to a working one.- Responsible for the report and weekly visibility of D&A to finance and sales teams, being responsible for the monthly accountability of the D&A aligned to target, and also being responsible for the annual fall in/Fall out Process.
