**Alcance**:
Gestionar el proceso de entrada de pedidos y programación de citas de acuerdo con los requisitos de los clientes., asegurar de que el inventario se asigne correctamente al pedido, y que el crédito y los precios estén validados. hacer un seguimiento con el equipo de operaciones y distribución para garantizar que el producto se entregue a tiempo y una eficaz comunicación con la fuerza de ventas para dar seguimiento a cada uno de los despachos realizados.

Descripción de funciones
- Confirmar el inventario de materiales requeridos por el cliente, para asegurar la entrega oportuna de las Órdenes de Compra
- Validar cada Orden de Despacho en sistema, para la entrega de documentación necesaria para la recepción del material requerido
- Proceso de reserva de citas para entrega de producto, de acuerdo con las pautas del cliente
- Capturar cada orden de despacho en el sistema ERP y dar seguimiento hasta su finalización
- Cortes diarios con información enviada al almacén para procesar pedidos en general.
- Coordinar con el Centro de Distribución la entrega del pedido para la entrega oportuna del producto solicitado.
- Facturación diaria y contabilización de todas las entregas
- Coordinar, asegurar y dar seguimiento a la logística para la entrega oportuna de mercancía a clientes
- Elaboración diarios de informes sobre gestión de entregas
- Punto de contacto fuerza de ventas y clientes
- Generar informes de seguimiento de ventas (Sell in), para desarrollar estrategias de ventas
- Consolidación y suministro de reporte en cuanto a Series, Imeis y cualquier dato solicitado por el cliente.
- Coordinar y verificar logística inversa y elaboración respectivas NC

**Requisitos**:

- Licenciado en Administración y/o Logística
- Ingles Básico
- Sólidos conocimientos prácticos de Excel
- 2 años de experiência mínima en un puesto similar
- Experiência con sistemas ERP
- Experiência en la gestión de pedidos y reserva de citas para Retails con manejo de gran volumen como Falabella, Paris, La Polar, Ripley, Claro, Entel entre otras.
- Experiência gestión de transporte y la seguridad para la distribución de los productos.
