An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Communication Specialist to join our MKT& Communications team. This role is focussed on internal communication and employee engagement in line with our overall Business strategy.

**Responsibilities**:

- Communications planning and support for initiatives that require a global or business-line specific roll out
- Communications planning and support for initiatives that are specific to, or drive by, South America region.
- Management of internal communications channels (intranet, newsletter) Ausenco brand champion with a specific focus on brand attributes and tone of voice.
- Provide communication support for the rollout of global initiatives and events such as:

- Annual P&P initiatives (InterAct, surveys etc).
- Purpose Week, Health Week, Safety Week.
- Diversity celebrations and acknowledgments.
- Deliver all communication programs to a high quality and in line with Ausenco’s brand attributes and tone of voice.
- Work with the broader marketing team to ensure consistency of communication of internal/external messaging.

About you:

- Undergraduate degree (Journalism, Communications, Marketing or Public Relations).
- 1-3 years demonstrated experience in a similar role, ideally with a multi-national corporation.
- Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills, exemplary attention to detail.
- Solutions focused, positive attitude, self-starter, and able to engage a variety of stakeholders.
- Committed to building strong and collaborative relationships.
- Cultural competence and a commitment to inclusive communications.
- Very comfortable in digital environment, social media, publishing, and web-based communications. SharePoint expertise a plus, PowerPoint skills a must.
