- ** Your Role **:To Support and provide Value to an assigned specific Key Account portfolio along the customer engagement cycle through Supply Chain Consultancy, Tender Support and Value Propositions. Handover Business gained to Implementation professionally and effectively, lead Customer Business Reviews and Continuous Improvement and Sustainability initiatives to retain and grow Kuehne + Nagel's share of wallet and ensure the best possible Customer Experience
- ** Your Responsibilities**:

- Supports Key Account Manager/Industry Champion in dealing with Business Value Proposition related to customer requests, including RFI and RFQ's
- Conducts customer research, prepares sales material for Business Review presentations and supports development of up-selling potential Business
- Provide input to Account Plan as required (IC and KAM's are ultimately responsible for the creation of the Account Plan)
Support RFQ strategy & value proposition creation, coordinate RFQ process in close collaboration with Key Account Manager
- Analysis of RFQ requirements, assist in the Strategy Definition and Value Proposition
- Synchronize customer requirements with pricing teams to assure full tender compliance
- Conduct sanity checks of tariff structure completeness and commercial plausibility and initiate corrective actions
- Preparation of RFQ response including creation of value proposition
- Support with Handover Business to business unit implementation Lead
- Lead and coordinate Monthly Business Reviews: Coordinate the agenda topics & process, ensure level of quality, lead agreed actions. Prepare the presentation material and coordinate with Subject-Matter Experts when appropriate and necessary, with a forward-looking approach to building new and continuous opportunities.
- Setup and maintain myKN community, externally with customer stakeholders and KN internally

**Your Skills and Experiences**:

- Bachelors/First University Degree in Economic, SCM/Logistics or Engineering
- Masters/Second University Degree in Economics, SCM/logistics or Engineering, is a plus
- Process mapping or Re-Engineering qualification (e.g. Six Sigma, SCOR®), is a plus
- Freight forwarding, Logistics operations from Logistics Service Provider or Manufacturing/Retail (min 3 years)
- Supply Chain Management knowledge is a plus
- English language fluency
- Microsoft Office
- Project Management experience desirable
