The **Global Excellence Nutrition Programs Manager/Trainer **manages all the field activities related to clinical nutrition plans post Elipse placement. You will serve on the International Commercial Team and work under the supervision of the VP Clinical Excellence. The main purpose of the **Global Excellence Nutrition Programs Manager/Trainer** is to partner with a select pool of accounts (approximately 10-15 accounts) within their designated region in order to monitor weight loss data from consumer app, clinical dashboards and Allurion Insights to identify best and worst practices. The **Global Excellence Nutrition Programs Manager/Trainer** determines areas for improvement, clustering clinics and consumers by performance level for targeted strategies for sustained and enhanced performance.

**As a Global Excellence Nutrition Programs Manager/Trainer, your responsibilities include**:

- Build rapport and solid relationships with each clinic by engaging in a continuous manner to understand their needs.
- Audit each clinic from a consumer clinical experience perspective, analyzing findings and proposing solutions to enhance overall patient outcomes
- Provide clinical training support to clinic teams and distributors using up-to-date clinical training materials and Eclipse demonstration kit, engaging VP Clinical Excellence and /or Global Excellence Nutrition Programs Director and /or clinical consultant physicians for clinical issues
- Demonstrate horizontal value to the clinic (i.e. value across all of its treatments and touchpoints) and avoid appearing too vertically focused (i.e. on Allurion/Eclipse alone) in order to build trust and respect
- Identify areas to optimize and report back to the clinic in an emotionally intelligent and sensitive way
- Conduct training sessions for clinic staff to increase capability and engagement in areas identified on the action plan
- Offer clinical training support to our accounts using the CMO’s clinical training videos and an Elipse demonstration kit and newly improved nutrition plan education - referring any key clinical questions directly back to the VP Clinical excellence and/or CMO

**What we are looking for in you**:

- 3-5 years in medical device nutrition or aesthetic programming management or advisement for a start-up/similar branded company
- Global corporate training and data support analysis mandatory
- Admin should be a maximum of 20% of time (1 day per week)
- Consult in an ongoing group supervision to clinical nutrition staff on a weekly/monthly basis
- Provide individual supervision to clinical nutrition staff on a biweekly basis
- Ensure a high level of communication on activities and results to the national sales manager/s, regional sales director/s, and VP Clinical excellence
- Ability to complete weekly reports and travel plans and submit in a timely manner
- Participate in any regional industry trade shows/congresses/meetings as required
- Maintain compliance with all applicable quality and regulatory guidelines as an integral part of business operations
- Always demonstrate ethics, integrity, openness, transparency, collaboration and professional
- Travel required, 60% of the time
- Bilingual Spanish/English requirements, Portuguese (Brazilian) a plus
