**Your future role on our team**

This role will drive continuous improvement on the frontline and sustainably embed new ways of working through the implementation of Operational Excellence with the implementation of lean methodologies and their tools.

- Facilitate problem-solving sessions with the operational team to identify the root cause of problems, collaboratively problem-solve, and explore opportunities to implement new standards.
- Assess and recommend focus areas and activities with a focus on business added value.
- Guide and work with relevant stakeholders to design, build, test, and deploy practical solutions to improve work methods with the operations and project teams to improve productivity, operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Coach and support the operation team tools implementation through role modeling, knowledge sharing, mentoring, and training.
- Analyse, report, and present on the progress of any changes to the implementation of the productive model, project management, and stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant qualifications and/or mining industry experience or similar
- Process expert with experience implementing a relevant activity with the frontline.
- Continuous improvement, project management, and problem-solving methodologies.
