**Job Description
- El Trabajo**

Coordinar al equipo de apoyo geológico en terreno, mediante la gestión de recursos tanto operativos como administrativos. Incluyendo asegurando la correcta ejecución de los servicios de apoyo de contratistas en terreno. Asegurar estándares SHEC (Seguridad, Salud, Medio Ambiente y Comunidades) en terreno.

- Líder en Seguridad, Salud, Medio Ambiente y Comunidades, siendo el representante de SHEC en terreno, integrándolo en todas las actividades. Incluyendo, pero no limitado a:

- Asegurar el cumplimiento personal y del equipo para satisfacer todos los requisitos SHEC, reforzando el compromiso con la eliminación de accidentes fatales.
- Tomar medidas inmediatas para corregir cualquier condición o comportamiento deficiente.
- Asegurar que las áreas de trabajo y el equipo se encuentren en condiciones seguras.
- Asegurar que cada tarea o trabajo realizado se haga de manera segura y sin consecuencias adversas para la salud.
- Identificar, evaluar, controlar y notificar peligros.
- Proteger y estar atento a los colegas, guiando y aprendiendo a la vez, incrementando el nível de entendimiento SHEC del equipo GDG.
- Conocer y entender la Política, Procedimientos, Estándares y Herramientas de SHEC para identificar las situaciones en las cuales deban aplicarse. Seguir los procedimientos establecidos. Identificar y comunicar situaciones en las que no haya procedimientos o las que hayan identificado oportunidades de mejora.
- Solicitar y facilitar ayuda si las habilidades, capacidades físicas o el conocimiento personal o del equipo no son adecuados para realizar las tareas.
- Representar a Descubrimiento y Geociencias (GDG) como el encargado de Anglo American de respaldar el procedimiento de Gestión de Emergencias y bienestar de GDG.
- Liderar en la capacitación de los empleados, reuniones SHEC y previas al inicio de cada turno. Comunicar resultados y lecciones aprendidas de investigaciones de incidentes.
- Asegurar / facilitar cumplimiento con los procedimientos de documentación de SHEC requerida para las campañas de terreno (mayormente lugares remotas tipo greenfields).

**Desempeño y Entrega**
- Preparación de las solicitudes de contratación para los servicios técnicos en terreno. Colaborando con la preparación de las bases y requerimientos técnicos de los servicios en coordinación con los especialistas de cada área.
- Coordinar y organizar los trabajos del equipo de apoyo logístico y terreno en las Bodegas de Exploraciones, tanto en Santiago como en Copiapó, y ocasionalmente en alguna ubicación clave de acuerdo a los programas de Exploración.
- Supervisión del equipo de apoyo logístico y terreno, siendo el responsable del equipo en terreno.
- Coordinar y organizar la logística para las campañas de Exploración en los diferentes proyectos a lo largo del Norte de Chile, no limitado a Campamento, Suministros, Transporte, Alojamiento y Servicios.
- Colaborar con la planificación y logística de las campañas en terreno, en conjunto con los equipos Geológicos y de data.
- Colaborar con contactos internos de Supply Chain y el equipo administrativo de GDG en la coordinación de contratos asociados a: Servicios de Terreno, Logística y Transporte de Terreno, Bodegas, Movimiento de Tierra y Remediación Medio Ambiental. Administración de contratos asociados a terreno, bodegas y instalaciones.
- Gestionar las compras de suministros y elementos para las campañas de terreno.
- Gestionar y revisar rendiciones de gastos de su equipo a cargo.
- Generar reportes de actividades y planificación de logística, suministros y tareas de terreno.
