About the Role

As an Account Coordinator at Uber Direct, you will be responsible for handling and developing positive relationships with our key clients. It is the perfect mix between a commercial and an analytical/operational role.

If you are passionate about customer service, operations & have commercial skills in partner management, communication, and problem-solving, as well as outstanding learning agility, this is an amazing opportunity for you

What you'll do
  • Lead and strengthen meaningful relationships with assigned clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Understand client needs and requirements, and provide effective and customized solutions.
  • Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with the team to improve value for the client.
  • Discuss contracts and business agreements to ensure profitable and long-term business relationships.
  • Proactively resolve any issues that may arise during the delivery process.
What you'll need
  • Graduated from commercial & civil engineering.
  • Skills in operations, partner management, negotiation, effective communication, & deep analysis and problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and high attention to detail.
  • Learning agility and the ability to quickly adapt to changing environments.
  • Customer oriented attitude and a strong focus on problem-solving.
  • We are an outstanding a team, and we want you to be a great teammate
  • We would love basic SQL or Python skills
