What this job involves
We are currently seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Workplace Coordinator to join our team:
**Location**: Santiago, Region Metropolitana, Chile.

**Work schedule**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.

**Work model**: On site.

**Contract Type**: Indefinite-term.

This role is responsible for supervise facilities services to provide superior client service meeting their expectations. This position will perform activities from the front desk, but will focus on facility services. However, will be also responsible for Reception activities (mail, visitors, access cards, events and meeting rooms support, etc.) and act the single point of contact for clients at the office.

What is your day to day?
Be the contact link for operational reason with the Landlord and the client.
Ensure Landlord services are meeting the goals based on the leasing contract.
Supervision of the quality services with vendors (Food Service, Janitorial, EHS, Security, Maintenance, others).
Ensure compliance with Jones Lang LaSalle minimum audit standards.
Supervision of Preventive and Planned Maintenance program to minimize maintenance, repair and replacement costs together with minimizing the risk of plant failure.
Ensure all Reactive Maintenance is completed as per the agreed timeframes.
Comply with daily site inspections/checklists and keep tracking of corrective actions.

**Stock Management**: assure all necessary supplies are provided to equipment normal operations, (i.e. diesel for generator, electric parts, cleaning supplies, food service supplies, others).
Assure all tickets opened in Corrigo were tracked and completed on time.
Pay attention to details and assure high quality works. Take the appearance of the site to higher levels and assure client satisfaction.

Desired experience and technical skills
Previous experience as a receptionist.
Good communication skills.
Excel.
Upper-intermediate level of English.

Required
Student or graduate of a university degree.
2-3 years’ experience as a receptionist.

Preferred
Facilities management experience.
