**About the position**:We are looking for an all-star Associate/Manager, Corporate Development & Strategy to perform build, buy, partner analysis across a spectrum of software categories and to support execution of the Company’s inorganic expansion strategy. You will become an expert on the MuleSoft Technology Partner program and will be at the pulse of the company, working cross functionally with our Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, Corporate Development, and Sales teams. You will identify areas for market expansion via new product SKUs and market leading software partnerships.
This is a fast-paced, high-growth team - we are looking for a sensible, driven, energetic individual who is has an appetite for creating tremendous impact and who wants to work alongside great people. We’re looking for people who can show that they make great things happen wherever they go and whose references say things like “The best I’ve ever seen. I’d hire them again in a minute.” Technical skills and understanding of the software infrastructure market are preferred.
**About You**:
- You must have a passion and skills for analyzing a new market category and creating a POV on growth opportunities, key players, and requirements for success. Experience (2 - 4 years) in Management Consulting, Investment Banking, or Corporate Development at an Enterprise Software Company is preferred.
- Market understanding of enterprise software is preferred and specific areas of knowledge or technical experience in integration/middleware/API/Big Data/Analytics/SaaS experience is a plus
- You have excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, creativity, organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, strong multi-tasking ability, and a do-whatever-it-takes attitude
- Ability to multi-task and juggle several different projects simultaneously
- You should have the intellectual horsepower to tackle a diverse set of requirements while specializing in driving projects to closure, time and time again with the track record to prove it
- Internal cross-functional experience establishing relationships with marketing, product management, engineering, sales, corporate development, and legal functions is desired**Accommodations
