Somos Tucar Una empresa que la está rompiendo en el arriendo de vehículos eléctricos para aplicaciones de movilidad.

Te cuento un poco de nosotros. Administramos una de las flotas de vehículos eléctricos (+700) más grande de Latam y los ofrecemos en arriendo a conductores que buscan generar ingresos manejando en apps de transporte de pasajeros (como por ejemplo Uber). Queremos ser el principal actor de Latinoamérica en satisfacer las necesidades de los Gig Workers.

Hoy buscamos a un/a **Support Assistant** para unirse a nuestro equipo en formato full-time.

**Funciones del cargo**:
Cómo **Support Assistant** trabajarás en un equipo dedicado a entregarles las ayudas y soluciones necesarias a nuestros clientes.

Tus funciones serán:

- Atención al Cliente: Brindar asistencia a clientes y conductores, resolviendo consultas y gestionando solicitudes a través de diferentes canales de comunicación (presencial y virtual).
- Soporte Operativo: Ayudar en la coordinación logística de la entrega y recepción de vehículos, asegurando que se sigan todos los procedimientos establecidos.
- Identificar falencias, comunicar inquietudes de los clientes y realizar observaciones al líderes de áreas.
- Generar reportes para otras áreas involucradas respecto a indicadores de clientes.
- Recopilar y analizar indicadores de clientes como reclamos y NPS, para detectar quiebres y oportunidades de mejora en la experiência.

**Requerimientos del cargo**:

- Título técnico o estudios en curso en Administración, Logística, Servicio al Cliente, o áreas relacionadas.
- 0 a 1 año de experiência en roles de atención al cliente o soporte administrativo.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, organización, y manejo de herramientas ofimáticas. Si has usado Salesforce, Intercom, Facebook business suite, o cualquier otra herramienta para comunicarse con clientes, no dudes en postular
- Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y adaptarse a un entorno dinámico
