Como Partnership Specialist en Toku, tu papel esencial será crear y desarrollar relaciones de alto nível en la industria, con el fin de generar un canal de generación de demanda robusto y de largo plazo. Con el apoyo de los equipos de ventas, definirás el listado de los Partners de mayor impacto. En una segunda etapa, crearás relaciones con los miembros ejecutivos de esas organizaciones con el fin de presentarles Toku, explicarles cómo podemos generar sinergia. Finalmente, negociarás y cerrarás contratos de alianza estratégica, garantizando la buena ejecución de cada negociación.

**Descripción**:
Realizarás procesos de entendimiento de mercado: te sentarás con el equipo comercial para entender cuáles son los Partners potenciales más relevantes de cada industria foco.

Realizarás demostraciones y mostrarás casos de éxito. Darás a entender por qué Toku es una excelente opción para generar sinergias e incrementar el valor aportado a su portafolio de clientes.

Vas a generar relaciones profesionales sólidas, nuestros Partners te verán como su aliado y confiarán en ti.

Podrás aportar con nuevas estrategias comerciales. En Toku somos innovación, y buscamos profesionales que no le tengan miedo a pensar diferente.

Trabajaras muy de la mano con los equipos internos de Venta, Operación y Producto.

**Requirements**:

- 2 años o más desempeñando el rol de Partnership Specialist o parecido.
- Tener una cartera activa para prospección y desarrollo comercial de Partners
- Capacidad para llevar a cabo procesos de negociación de alto nível.
- Realizar demostraciones de productos y presentar casos de éxito, subrayando por qué Toku puede ser un aliado de alto impacto para su negocio.
- Construir y mantener relaciones profesionales sólidas y duraderas con los Partners.
- Aportar a nuevas estrategias comerciales y mostrar una mentalidad innovadora.
- Capacidad para cumplir con metas desafiantes en colaboración con tu equipo, y disfrutar de las recompensas al alcanzarlas.
- Fuerte deseo de superar metas y ser recompensado por ello.
- Habilidad para negociar con altos ejecutivos en un ambiente de igualdad.
- Alta motivación y proactividad.
- Excelentes habilidades analíticas.
- Experiência en la gestión de CRM es deseable.
