**Responsibilities**:

- Develop long-term vision and strategy for the lifecycle marketing team to engage and retain customers with relevant, timely, and targeted communications.
- Understand the technology infrastructure required to execute complex lifecycle communications and push for tools, data, headcount, and other resources to see that vision to completion.
- Lead the implementation of our CDP and personalization products, as well as identify opportunities for use of predictive models and other critical business use cases.
- Partner with product, brand, field marketing, corporate services, BT, and other partners to develop lifecycle campaigns aimed at delivering the right message to the right customer at the right time.
- Own monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting on program impact, working closely with analytics and data science teams to measure customer performance and communicate results.
- Hire, manage, and lead a team of lifecycle marketing strategists, campaign managers, marketing automation developers, and support staff.
- Be an innovator looking for new ways to push the technology and campaign strategy of our lifecycle program to the next level, following industry trends, best practices, and advances.
- Partner with various teams to ensure there is a holistic view of communications across the customer journey that leads to positive business outcomes and an exceptional customer experience.
- Work with IT partners in product and engineering to ensure marketing automation technologies align with and execute against larger architectural strategy and vision for technology at Robert Half.
- Rigorously evaluate the health of existing campaigns and establish a testing program for continuous optimization.
- Present vision and results to C-suite and other business leaders.

**Requirements**:

- 12+years of lifecycle and marketing automation experience with proven success in both strategy and execution of innovative, high-impact campaigns
- 5+ years managing teams, with experience managing managers.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly consume large amounts of data and draw insights that drive the business forward.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a talent for building relationships and influencing others.
- Must be able to clearly articulate both strategic and technical direction, working with non-technical users to determine business needs and requirements and translate that into technology requirements.
- Established track record of recruiting and leading high-performing teams that deliver results while having fun.
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, engineering, business or related field
- Background building automated, multi-channel messages and journeys in enterprise marketing automation solutions such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Salesforce CRM or other Salesforce Cloud experience highly desired.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Tealium, Domo, or other analytics software.

The typical salary range for this position is $170,000 to $221,000. The salary is negotiable depending upon experience and location. The position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus.
