En Be Flow, estamos en búsqueda de un Sales Account Manager para integrarse a nuestro equipo en una startup de tecnología especializada en ofrecer soluciones omnicanales innovadoras para el sector retail.

El Sales Account Manager es clave para impulsar el crecimiento de la empresa mediante la gestión eficiente de cuentas y relaciones sólidas con los clientes. Su misión principal es garantizar la satisfacción del cliente, comprendiendo sus necesidades y ofreciendo soluciones que maximicen el valor de nuestra plataforma. Este rol incluye captar nuevas oportunidades de venta, asegurar el cumplimiento de objetivos comerciales y brindar un servicio de calidad a los clientes que utilizan nuestra solución de gestión de operaciones (OMS). Además, requiere habilidades excepcionales en comunicación, negociación y seguimiento.

¿Qué debes hacer?
- Gestionar una cartera de clientes, manteniendo relaciones positivas y ofreciendo soporte en consultas, pagos y seguimiento de satisfacción. Elaborar cotizaciones y reportes mensuales, y facilitar la implementación y uso del OMS a través de nuestra plataforma de capacitaciones.
- Identificar oportunidades de ventas y convertirlas en nuevos negocios, siendo responsable de la satisfacción, retención y expansión de nuestra base de clientes. Papel crucial en la mejora continua de nuestros productos y servicios.
- Cumplir y superar los objetivos de ventas y rentabilidad establecidos.
- Negociar contratos y cerrar acuerdos para maximizar los beneficios.
- Resolver cualquier problema o queja de los clientes de manera eficiente y oportuna.
- Proporcionar informes regulares sobre el estado de las cuentas de los clientes y las oportunidades de ventas.

¿Cuáles son los requisitos?

Nível educativo: Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Marketing, Ventas o carrera afín.
- 3-5 años de experiência en ventas o en un puesto similar, preferentemente en nuestra industria. Deberá demostrar un historial de éxito en la gestión de cuentas de ventas y en la consecución de objetivos de ventas.
- Conocimiento de las técnicas de ventas y una excelente comprensión del mercado y las necesidades del cliente.
- Capacidad de trabajar en equipo, habilidades de liderazgo, pensamiento estratégico y la capacidad de manejar múltiples cuentas de manera efectiva, capacidad de negociar y comunicarse eficazmente, habilidades de presentación y un fuerte enfoque en el servicio al cliente.
- Inglés fluido y cualquier otro idioma adicional es una ventaja.

Requisitos especiales: La disposición para viajar es esencial, ya que este puesto implica reuniones con clientes y asistencia a eventos de ventas y ferias comerciales.
