This role include developing and implementing tools in order meet and improve the Operating Plan, productivity, customer relationship, customer satisfaction, and people's continuous improvement.
As leader, must comply and promote the ITT' code of conduct, values, policies, procedures and all applicable ITT standards.
Responsabilidades Esenciales Responsible for financial performance of operations.Responsible for Operational Reporting and Presentations.Review and approve estimation preparation and service quotations prior to submission (Costing).Grow the business by developing and implementing strategic plans.Responsible for Service Sales support, marketing of the facility's services at the local level, and implementation of PRO Services Sales and Marketing initiatives.Development and implementation of operational initiatives.Responsible to manage the facility quality plan and procedures to ensure compliance with the company's directives and Customer satisfaction every time.To manage each sale reaching or improving quoted margins, according to OEM's quality standards, on time and reaching or exceeding customer's expectations.To develop plans and processes which minimize manufacturing costs through effective utilization of manpower, equipment, facilities, materials, and capital.
Requisitos del Puesto 5 years or more experience in management areas in Multinational Industrial Companies.10 year minimum experience in equipment repair IndustryDegree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.Master on Business Administration, Finance, Project Management or related.
