En LicitaLAB buscamos un/a Head of Customer Success que lidere nuestra estrategia de relacionamiento con clientes, asegurando que cada empresa que trabaja con nosotros logre aumentar sus ventas en Compras Públicas y aproveche al máximo nuestra plataforma SaaS.

LicitaLab es una StartUp en rápido crecimiento que ayuda a empresas a posicionarse en los mercados públicos de Chile y Perú. Lo hacemos con nuestra app SaaS, que automatiza la búsqueda de licitaciones, optimiza el análisis de oportunidades y entrega insights de alto valor como precios, demanda y competidores. Nuestra misión es clara: que nuestros clientes ganen más y mejores negocios.

Trabajamos en un modelo híbrido, principalmente remoto, con encuentros presenciales en nuestra oficina de Providencia, Santiago. Somos un equipo cercano, orientado a la acción y comprometido con el impacto de lo que hacemos.

Porque estamos creciendo rápido, y queremos asegurarnos de que cada cliente tenga una experiencia de clase mundial. Buscamos a alguien que no solo gestione, sino que lidere y escale nuestro equipo de Customer Success, con visión estratégica y foco en resultados.

  • Liderar, estructurar y escalar el área de Customer Success, gestionando al equipo y definiendo roles clave.
  • Diseñar e implementar procesos de onboarding, adopción, seguimiento y renovación de clientes.
  • Asegurar altos niveles de satisfacción y retención, midiendo NPS, churn y expansión de cuentas.
  • Ser la voz del cliente dentro de la organización, trabajando estrechamente con Producto, Ventas y Growth.
  • Identificar oportunidades de upselling y cross-selling junto al equipo comercial.
  • Analizar datos de uso y feedback de clientes para proponer mejoras en la plataforma y en la experiencia.
  • Reportar métricas clave al equipo de liderazgo.

Perfil que buscamos

Experiencia comprobada liderando equipos de Customer Success o postventa en entornos B2B, idealmente en SaaS o tecnología.

Enfoque estratégico, pero con capacidad de ejecución práctica y cercanía con el cliente.

Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y liderazgo de equipos.

Alta orientación al cliente, con capacidad para resolver problemas y anticipar necesidades.

Manejo de herramientas de CRM, plataformas de gestión de clientes y análisis de métricas (Hubspot, Intercom, etc).

Deseable experiencia o interés en el mundo de las licitaciones públicas o Mercado Público.

Ganas de construir, mejorar y crecer junto a un equipo con grandes metas.
