Company Description Edelpa S.A., compañía líder en la industria de envases flexibles en Chile, con más de 60 años de trayectoria, presencia en segmentos de alimentos, pet food, consumo masivo, exportaciones y soluciones sustentables de Packaging, busca incorporar a su equipo comercial un(a): Jefe de Ventas Nacionales Job Description Buscamos un/a profesional con pasión por el desarrollo comercial, fuerte foco estratégico y capacidad para liderar equipos de alto desempeño, que contribuya al crecimiento rentable del negocio y a fortalecer las relaciones con nuestros principales clientes nacionales. Responsabilidades Liderar, desarrollar y potenciar al equipo comercial nacional. Asegurar el cumplimiento de objetivos comerciales en ventas, márgenes y desarrollo de clientes. Diseñar estrategias comerciales y planes de acción para las distintas categorías de negocio. Gestionar pipeline de oportunidades, forecast de ventas y desarrollo de mercados emergentes. Mantener relación directa con clientes estratégicos y grandes cuentas. Coordinarse con áreas críticas de la compañía (Operaciones, Supply Chain, Desarrollo de Productos, Finanzas y Servicio al Cliente) para asegurar excelencia operacional y experiencia del cliente. Impulsar iniciativas comerciales orientadas a innovación, sostenibilidad y mejora continua. Monitorear indicadores clave de gestión comercial (OTIF, rentabilidad, pricing, forecast, mix de productos). Requisitos Ingeniero Comercial, Civil Industrial, Administración de Empresas o carrera afín. Al menos 5 años de experiencia en cargos comerciales de liderazgo, idealmente en industrias productivas, Packaging, consumo masivo o manufactura B2B. Experiencia liderando equipos comerciales y gestionando cuentas estratégicas. Fuerte orientación al cliente y al logro de resultados. Deseable manejo de CRM, herramientas de análisis comercial y SAP. Experiencia en mercados de alimentos, bebidas, mascotas o productos de cuidado personal.
