Responsibilities Diseñar análisis específicos dentro del ciclo de ventas y/o ciclo lead to cash sobre la evolución de ordenes, ventas y backlog. Liderar para el área de Business Data Analytics el mantenimiento y alineación de parámetros y bases de datos acorde a la segmentación de rutas al mercado a nivel comercial. Formulación y mantenimiento de dashboards en Power BI haciendo operativa la ejecución de iniciativas de Business Data. Ofrecer a diferentes stakeholders visualizaciones avanzadas para comunicar adecuadamente el desempeño comercial y sus indicadores (Riesgos, Upsides, Shortfalls) a nivel de segmentos, equipos de ventas, regiones. Liderar la implementación de tableros con KPIs claves de diferentes procesos clave dentro del ciclo lead to post sales (Order Entry, Ingeniería entre otros) en trabajo conjunto con los due;os del proceso para promover la visibilidad de estos indicadores. Análisis de raw data, depuración y preparación de datos de ventas para distintos propósitos de análisis como proveedor de datos para distintos departamentos de Vertiv como Offering Management, Marketing. Implementar prácticas de Data governance y asegurar calidad de datos, en especial a nivel de datos de ventas, para que informes ad hoc, dashboard y análisis puntuales permitan optimizar la toma de decisiones. Proponer nuevas metodologías y herramientas a nivel de análisis y visualización. Fungir como punto focal en proyectos de mejora regionales (Latam, Americas) evaluando necesidades en conjunto con los segmentos comerciales. Minimum Qualifications Experiencia en cargos similares mínina de 2-3 años Conocimientos en área Matemáticas, Estadística, Economía. Conocimiento de Ciclo de Gestión de Datos. Excel Avanzado, VBA, Macros, Power BI avanzado Habilidades analíticas y estadísticas Fortaleza en comunicación a nivel escrito y oral (Power Point avanzado) Orientación al cliente Ingles/español intermedio/avanzando Preferred Qualifications Experiencia en gestión y control de procesos comerciales, ciclo de ventas Deseable Portugués (básico) Education and Certifications Estudios Universitarios Ingeniería Industrial – Sistemas, Administración, Matemáticas, o afines About The Team Work AuthorizationVertiv will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
